  • building confidence before a flight

We are going to the airport to catch a plane. We need to arrive a few hours early.

There will be a lot of people, loud announcements, and bright lights at the airport

I can remember to wear my headphones, sunglasses if it’s too bright, and bring my favourite toy to stay calm

There might be long lines, and I will have to wait. That is okay.

I may have to pass through different security checks, where they use special machines to look inside our bags and bodies

This will be over soon, and then we will wait in the lounge where I can see the planes
